Defined by its speed and endurance, the antelope is considered to be the fastest land animal in North America. Originally hunted by the cheetah, it eventually adapted and evolved to be able to outrun its foes. Not only can it reach speeds of up to 70 mph, it can also sustain its effort for long periods of time. The antelope’s trademark speed and endurance didn’t happen overnight – it learned its abilities over time. We will teach you to do the same. By putting measured stresses on your body over a period of time, you will adapt and learn how to become a better, faster, and ultimately, stronger runner – just like the antelope.

Hey, I'm Chris. Running has done more for me than I can even attempt to put into words. I’m forever grateful for the physical and mental benefits a running lifestyle affords me. I want the same for you. Throughout my running career, I’ve learned a lot about the physical and mental aspects of the sport, including what it takes to keep running, happily and most importantly, safely. Having raced distances from 5K to 100 miles, I will apply real-life experience, scientific principles and knowledge to create a training plan that helps you achieve your short and long term running goals. I look forward to coaching you the Antelope way. Let’s run!
