TRAINING PLANS

The antelope has goals (run fast, run far, don’t die) – you should too. Pre-defined goals give us something to work toward, whether it be running faster, farther, or just running. We’ll analyze and help you define your running goals so we can prescribe an effective training plan that works for YOU. Our holistic training plans are designed to make you stronger, more durable, and hopefully keep you running injury-free. Typical training plans will incorporate key running workouts, strength sessions and prescribed recovery (because that’s when the magic of adaptation happens).

Note: We develop training plans exclusively for adults with long distance race goals including 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, ultra marathon (50K, 50 miles, 100k, 100 miles, and beyond!).
